Umpa Lumpa was born by me (Laura Dejean) in 2009. After many years of varying (more negative than positive) experiences with clowns and

kid's entertainment at my own daughter's Birthday Parties.

 I came to the conclusion that I could add more quality,

love and enthusiasm to the world of children's entertainment.

 

    

 

It starts with making every single child's smile count, reviving old school party games and ends with transforming parties and events into healthy and eco-conscious happenings, without toxic food and cakes,

junk party favors and much less garbage.

 

We are trying to bring imagination and phantastic

memories back into your kid's special days.

 

My experience includes many years of teaching Self-Defense

(with fun) to children as young as 4 which I will do again soon in JC.

I am also currently teaching a musical enrichment program in Jersey City Public Schools through Cohen Arts and Education.

 

Parties can also be held in Spanish and German.
